The National Vacation Center utilizes our custom survey method (CSM®) to help zero in on what people want when taking vacations. Our trained NVC survey technicians conduct one-on-one interviews in high traffic locations such as Sporting Goods Stores, Malls, Parks etc. Our trained NVC survey technicians search for participants that fit a specific profile criterion. When a participant is found our NVC survey technician conducts a live interview designed to gather honest and informative responses.

Utilizing our custom survey method (CSM®) The NVC gathers data on the ever-changing needs of the average travel consumer. After processing our surveys The NVC then networks its data with local Chambers of Commerce and those in the Travel & Hospitality Industries so they can better provide people with what they want from their vacations. NVC clients use our survey data to inform their tourism boards or sales force of the specific needs and desires of potential tourists. When armed with our survey data they can tailor their vacation packages to meet the needs of these potential tourists, helping them to increase revenue generated from the tourism trade.

The NVC can be out-sourced to conduct your company's surveys. Your interviews are geared toward gaining specific insight on the needs of your target demographic. The NVC works with a diverse mix of clients from the Travel & Hospitality Industries. Utilizing our custom survey method, The NVC can collect precise data for your company that when analyzed, will help increase your sales!

The NVC out-source process begins with a client consultation that is both thorough and focused. During our consultation we gather everything we need to know about your client base and your company's needs. Based on our consultation we provide you with a cost effective program designed to meet your budget concerns.

When we proceed, we'll use our CSM® to create a powerful and specific survey that will arm you with data designed to help you meet your specific goals. A trained NVC survey technician then sets out to conduct your interviews. Only those people who meet specific profile criterion are asked to participate. Our CSM® is so focused that a typical interview needs only 15 to 20 questions, and lasts no more than 9 minutes! As a client of NVC, we work for you! You can rest assured that the data we collect on your behalf will never be forced, faked or fudged. In addition to your specific questions, all NVC surveys include: contact information, photo, vacation habits, annual household income, hobbies and authorization signatures allowing for follow up contact by either e-mail or phone call!

Upon completion of an NVC survey, we reward our participants with a gift card. It's another way of insuring we received honest and candid responses to our questions. Participants can then redeem their cards for goods or services at the location where we conducted the survey (i.e. Mall, Sporting Good Store etc.).

Each week NVC clients receive their completed surveys via fax or e-mail. The quantity of the weekly surveys you receive depends on the NVC package you budgeted for.
