package designed to meet your specific needs. Either way your company

Our Gold Package is designed to meet the budget needs of larger
companies in the Travel and Hospitality Industries. These clients
are typically Hotel Chains, Chambers of Commerce, Cruise Lines,
Resorts, Vacation Ownership CO., Tourism Boards, Parks etc.
| Utilizing
our CSM®, we design a custom survey intended to collect
the specific data you will need to make productive sales presentations.
TEAM:
4 NVC Survey Technicians are assigned to your account,
each working 3 days a week. The NVC Survey Technicians
are strategically placed in different facilities and locations.
Individuals are profiled before being surveyed so no one outside
your desired customer demographic is interviewed.
YIELD: Each week 50 new surveys are batched and either
e-mailed or faxed to your office.
TERM: This is a 6-week program yielding a total of 300
surveys.
COST: A weekly fee of $3,750.00 is required for this package.
There is a one time CSM® set up fee of $1,495.00
on any NVC survey package. All survey package
renewals include free revisions to your original survey (if
desired) and NO CSM® set up fee. Total cost per
survey, (excluding the one time CSM® set up fee)
ONLY $75.00.

Our Silver Package is designed to meet the budget needs of medium
sized companies in the Travel and Hospitality Industries. These
clients are typically Campgrounds, Marinas, Travel Agencies etc.

2 NVC Survey Technicians are assigned to your account,
each working 3 days a week. The NVC Survey Technicians
are strategically placed in different facilities and locations.

YIELD: Each week 25 new surveys are batched and either
e-mailed or faxed to your office.
TERM: This is a 6-week program yielding a total of
150 surveys.
COST: A weekly fee of $2,375.00 is required for this
package. There is a one time CSM® set up fee of
$1,495.00 on any NVC survey package. All survey package
renewals include free revisions to your original survey (if
desired) and NO CSM® set up fee. Total cost per
survey, (excluding the one time CSM® set up fee)

companies whose business is related to the Travel and Hospitality
Industries. These clients are typically local Restaurants, Recreation
Outlets, Rental Companies etc.

1 NVC Survey Technician is assigned to your account,
working 3 days a week. The NVC Survey Technician is
strategically placed in different facilities and locations.
Individuals are profiled before being surveyed so no one outside
your desired customer demographic is interviewed.

Each week 10 new surveys are batched and either e-mailed or
faxed to your office.
TERM:
This is a 6-week program yielding a total of 60 surveys.
COST:
A weekly fee of $1,250.00 is required for this package. There
is a one time CSM® set up fee of $1,495.00 on any
NVC survey package. All survey package renewals include
free revisions to your original survey (if desired) and NO
CSM® set up fee. Total cost per survey, (excluding
the one time CSM® set up fee) ONLY $125.00.
