Achieve Peak Conditioning and Performance
with the Ultimate in Functional Golf Conditioning
Golfing,
the art of using a flawed stance, a faulty grip, and an ugly swing
to hit a small ball badly toward the wrong hole. (6)
Golf; proud to be referred to as the hardest game in the world,
is a sport where even the pros make mistakes on half their shots.
Everyone who loves the game of golf and plays golf on a regular
basis wants to play more consistently. Golfers want to hit the
ball farther, straighter and lower their scores.
The fact is golfers will do almost anything to hit the ball longer
and lower their handicap! Golfers regularly spend as much as $4000
on a set of clubs, hoping for an extra few meters on their drive.
(Yet despite space-age advances in club and ball technology, the
average handicap for both males and females has not dropped in
16 years.)
Golf
has generally been viewed as a game of technical skill rather
than an athletic event, requiring less exertion than most other
sports. This often results in injury and/or premature performance
plateaus.
What golfers often fail to realize is that golf is truly a highly
athletic event. The average golfer achieves 90% maximum voluntary
contraction (effort) when driving the ball. Imagine picking up
a weight that you can only pick up four times before you tire.
Now do this 18 times and you have just played a round of golf.

"Golf is all about balance. Without it, you cannot get
power to the club."
What
golfers are now discovering is that the clubs don't play the game,
the golfer does! The only way to achieve a lower handicap is to
improve the function of the golfer, the person who actually swings
the club! (8)
About
this program:
The Integrated Training Systems golf conditioning program addresses
the following golf-specific conditioning needs:
- FLEXIBILITY
- STABILITY
- STRENGH
- POWER
|
**To complement
your conditioning, take lessons from a pro,
which will prevent unwanted injury secondary to technical error.
Golfers
using this program have added 30 yards to their drive within three
months! (8)
Why be on par with other golfers, excel above the rest!
